These services are provided through mobile apps available for download in the Google Play Store or App Store. The purpose of STS is to reduce parental anxiety when transporting their children to school and elsewhere by private transport vehicles. STS has a multitude of features which are described below.

Safe transportation of students

Students will have a safe transportation to and from school. They will be accompanied by a care taker or nanny to ensure transportation safety for students.

Voice announcements

All the users can receive important voice announcements via apps. This assists them to remain updated regarding the school transportation.

Enhanced communication

School transportation services avoid the communication gap between parents or tutors or coach and owners of private cab owners. Also, parents can communicate with drivers easily.

Rate card

Rate card facility is strictly dependent on the distance covered by each vehicle. Using the GPS technology, the distance covered by the vehicle is determined and thereby, rate for transportation is estimated.

Choose the means of transportation as per your preference

Parents can choose the right means of transportation via the app. They can prefer either car pooling (use single vehicle for transporting multiple students and avoid unnecessary traffic congestion), private cab or shared transportation service.

Real-time notifications

Parents will be able to receive notifications such as “picked up”, “reached”, and “unboarded” notifications. Apart from that, kids can verify the completed trip and it is notified to parents as well as other users. All the users will receive Geo-fencing notifications and over speeding alert in real time.

Easy booking and payment

Vehicle booking and its payment procedures can be performed effortlessly. Through the app, parents can book the vehicle and carry out payment with less complication.

Configuration checker

Configuration checker feature show details regarding various configuration. Beginners are hence able to check the various pending details in the apps.

Historical data and reports

In the historical data, the users will obtain details on resigned or removed drivers and parents, completed trip, etc. Two kinds of reports can be received- transportation based and vehicle based. Such data can be viewed graphically or document form.
